Here it is! The conclusion of Hope’s cyberstalking saga. After separating from her spouse, she finds removing him from her digital life is a many-tendrilled affair with hidden cameras, backdoored personal devices and other creepy and threatening invasions of her privacy.
Failing to reclaim her identity, both on- and offline, Hope was feeling more or less completely (tone: dad joke) hopeless. There are many ways to hack someone, many of them relatively low-tech, and all of them difficult to prove to the police and in court.
Check out part two of “Hope’s Hacker Husband Turns Out the Lights” to recognize the telltale signs of cyberstalking as well as the drastic steps you may need to take to safeguard your privacy when a relationship goes sour.
